Tap Into Peace - June 1st
Wednesday, June 1st
5:30-8:00 PM
Please join us for our second event as we go deeper into self-care and explore the benefits of tapping!
During our last event, we discussed the many needs of women in today’s busy world and the importance of self care. Various tools and strategies were shared by the group- and it quickly became apparent there was a strong interest in learning more about tapping specifically. So we’re happy to announce that June’s event will be dedicated solely to this!
Our guest speaker will be Patricia Costa, an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT / tapping) practitioner who specializes in stress relief, emotional regulation, and limiting beliefs release. Patricia holds a Masters degree in Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (Sofia University) in Palo Alto, and has extensive experience as a facilitator of women’s groups. She also incorporates mindfulness principles into her EFT programs.
Tapping is revered as an effective evidence-based self-help tool used to release stress, anxiety and other uneasy feelings. Group tapping has been used successfully for over 25 years, and has gained a lot of attention in recent years for its ability to help manage stress. One of its many appeals is that once learned, it can be done at home or on-the-go, lending itself to being both self-guided and empowering by those who implement it. At this event, Patricia will share how tapping works, its benefits, and lead us through tapping together. We’re so excited for this!
Additionally, we’ll have food from Golden Roots Kitchen- a local company that specializes in healthy and sustainable meals. Plus you can look forward to Sacred Beauty and Desert Moon Design as vendors this month!
This is bound to be a beneficial and informative gathering. We hope to see you there!! :)

This month, your ticket will help fund a donation to the Black Health Matters Initiative ~ Tannery World Dance & Cultural Center. We’re thrilled to be able to contribute to this wonderful organization.

*We will email you information and details about the event location the week of the event- it’ll be an intimate backyard setting in Capitola.
*If you’d like to join but are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to us about our sliding fee scale- we don’t want finances to get in the way of anyone joining!
*Please note that all ticket sales are final. Please let us know if you cannot attend though and we’ll help you fill your spot- we had a waiting list of women wanting to join last month!
